1. All entries must supply their own tables/tents/lighting, etc.
2. All Food Truck Vendors must have a Town of Elgin Business
License.
3. Santa Claus is our special guest. We request NO participants
use a live Santa or life-size representation of Santa. Children
tend to get confused by having too many Santas at one time.
