The 45th Annual Elgin Catfish Stomp Parade and Food Festival, sponsored by the Elgin Police Department Toys Roundup and Caring Hands Foundation, took place on Saturday, December 5, 2020 in the Town of Elgin.

All in-person proceedings have been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and risks to the public.

Town Hall is open to the public. Please note provisions in place.
