46TH ANNUAL ELGIN CATFISH STOMP
The 46th Annual Elgin Catfish Stomp Festival will be held Saturday, December 4, 2021!
Potter Community Park • Green Hill • Main Street
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The Catfish Stomp Pageant will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 @ 10 a.m.

Elgin Catfish Stomp Parade
The parade is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the corner of Bowen Street and Main Street in Elgin.
*Face coverings are strongly encouraged when unable to accommodate social distancing.
We are now taking applications for parade entries and sponsorships!!
- $15 single entry fee
- $50 multiple entry fee
- All entrants must supply their own sign for their float/entry
- Banners and signs should be neat and easily recognized. (6-8″ lettering is recommended) Basic simple signs show up best.
- Santa Claus is our featured guest each year at the end of the parade. We ask that NO participant use a live Santa or life-size representation of Santa. Children tend to get confused with having multiple Santas.
- All entries must be Christmas and Family Oriented.
- For safety purposes, do NOT throw candy from your floats, cars, walkers, etc.
- Make checks payable to: Elgin Police Department Toys Roundup and Caring Hands Foundation
- Please return your entry form to Elgin Town Hall (P.O. Box 277 Elgin, SC 29045) or via email to Mayor Emmons (melissa.emmons@townofelginsc.broadstreet.us).
- Entries are due by November 26, 2021.
Catfish Stomp Sponsorship
- Level 1: $250 donation gets a sponsor a free spot in the Parade and a 10×12 vendor spot at the Festival
- Level 2: $500 donation gets a sponsor a free spot in the Parade, a 10×12 vendor spot at the Festival and name/logo on the banner.
- Make checks (or money order) payable to: Elgin Police Department Toys Roundup and Caring Hands Foundation
- Donations are tax deductible. For your records, our 5013c charitable organization number is 36-4778899
- Please return your entry form to Elgin Town Hall (P.O. Box 277 Elgin, SC 29045).

*Note: There will be limited electricity available this year. Register early so you get your space reserved!
Regular space size 10×12 $40 each
Extended space size 10×20 $65 each
