The Elgin Police Department Toys Roundup and Caring Hands Foundation will be holding it's 2nd Annual Run for Roundup 5K Run & Walk on Saturday, September 28, 2019.  The event will start at 8:00 a.m. in the front parking lot at Blaney Elementary School, located at 1621 Smyrna Road in Elgin.
