The Town of Elgin is having an election on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 for (2) seats on Town Council.

All registered voters that reside in the town limits are permitted to vote in this election.

Voting at Town Hall

Elgin Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 will vote at Elgin Town Hall from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Absentee Voting

Absentee in person voting will take place from October 4th to November 1st at the Kershaw County Voter’s Registration Office from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.  If you would like to request an absentee by mail ballot, call the Registration office or visit www.scvotes.gov.
