Rain Barrel Workshop at Town Hall

Build your own Rain Barrel workshop!! Put good water to use and start collecting rainwater for your Spring flowering blooms!
Saturday April 13, 2024 @ 10 am – 12 pm – Elgin Town Hall. The price for supplies to build (1) rain barrel is $25.
