The Town of Elgin is soliciting bids to replace the roof at Elgin Town Hall, located at 2469 Main Street, Elgin, SC.
Contractor is required to include the following items:
- A Town of Elgin Business License Number
- Worker’s Comp Liability Coverage Policy
- SC Contractor License Number
- Commercial Liability Coverage Policy
Please include in your bid if you plan to use hammers or nail guns to install shingles.
Please submit your bids by March 13, 2026, to the Elgin Town Hall, PO Box 277, Elgin, SC 29045, or drop them off in person.
Sealed bids will be opened on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
