JANUARY COMPLAINTS

Jennifer Grimes of 1021 Kelly Street made a formal complaint regarding a rooster crowing and possible neglect at 1029 Kelly Street. Town Clerk contacted the Zoning Administrator and Chief Brown. An Officer went by the location on 3 separate occasions and found no roosters crowing or neglect. Town Clerk sent a letter to current resident of 1029 Kelly Street with a copy of the Chicken Ordinance.
