MARCH COMPLAINTS

Mr. Madison Doctor filed the following complaint formally on 3/31/2017. Mr. Doctor stated a homeowner located on Bowen Street has a rooster that keeps crowing during the early morning hours and is a nuisance and wants it stopped! Mrs. Martin assured Mr. Doctor that even though hens are allowed (only after proper permit & inspection) but roosters are not and she would attempt to locate the address of the homeowner and notify the Zoning Administrator. Mrs. Martin notified Zoning Administrator, Randy Pruitt, of the complaint and the homeowner does not have permit. Mrs. Martin found the homeowner to be Casey Pearson located at 2509 Bowen Street and Mr. Pruitt will make contact with the homeowner to notify the rooster must be removed and proper chicken permit obtained. He will also contact Mr. Doctor.

    Anything on a sign for the White Hills subdivision?

      Ms. Falletta,

      This item was discussed at the March 7th Council Meeting and when asked for a motion to replace or assist with replacing the sign, Council made no such motion, which is equivalent to a “No” motion according to Roberts Rule of Order.
