All roads to the Sumter County Line are open, but closed thereafter. We have (4) county bridges washed out and (3) state bridges. Kershaw County Curfew

**** Curfew for Kershaw County **** Due to flooding and the deterioration of our roadways, Kershaw County will operate under a curfew from 7:00 pm Sunday night to 7:00 am Monday morning.  This curfew will include the Town of Elgin.
