Most current update from Kershaw County: All calls concerning flooding, road conditions, FEMA, etc are to go to 803-425-7242-Central Number available for citizens. If it is an emergency, call 911. All roads to the Sumter County Line are open, but closed thereafter. We have (4) county bridges washed out and (3) state bridges.
